It's Hitler dancing and apparently I stuck in Francisco Franco the dictator of Spain at the last minute. poor Franquito, he's watching Hittie have all the fun. Hitler did not care about pobre Francisco and he was never clued in on his plans. XD Oh well I'm glad Frankie was on our side. (that's after Dolf Dolf turned him down). Franco was a sucky dictator so I've heard. no imagination!
